2nd floor storage and 675 SF balcony designed for HVAC, plumbing and fire sprinkler performance specification.

CHILDREN’S MUSEUM HVAC RETROFIT
DENVER, COLORADO
28,000 SF Three story children’s learning and activity center was retrofitted with a grade mounted packaged gas- fired HVAC unit with new exposed ductwork connected into existing fan-powered terminal unit air distribution system. New controls allowed exact temperature requirements to be experienced where once very poor HVAC operation had been the rule. Full woodworking and paint shop remodel was conducted with grade mounted gas- fired variable speed make-up air system and dust collection system.
